Another big difference is that coliving works in all-inclusive mode, to facilitate the installation and daily life of residents. More than that, it is already equipped to be conducive to community life: good canaps, a large kitchen, and plenty of dishes available.

In summary, co-living is more focused on sharing housing costs (with all the management that involves, you have to like math, you're not going to hide it), while co-living aims to create a community and strengthen social ties between residents.

All our residences are fully furnished and equipped with carefully selected furniture and stylish decor. As for furniture, everyday life will be quite comfortable: hotel-quality beds, spacious storage, a real desk to work in your room in a quiet room, a large table for meals all together or on the go, and especially a mega sofa because it is the basis of any self-respecting place.

We wanted you to feel at home, not in a soulless student residence, so the style is welcoming, cheerful and authentic, but look at the photos it's the most telling! In terms of equipment, all the utensils needed to prepare good small dishes, or rather good large dishes.
